Here's what's behind your kitchen walls on demo day. Old wiring, a loose pipe fitting, a patch somebody did in 1987. We find it, show it to you and fix it right before anything gets covered up.

Cheap tile is cheap for a reason. Pick materials for the room they live in: porcelain for floors that get wet, solid-surface counters that handle hot pans, real plywood boxes in the cabinets. Spend where the wear is.
